The Golf Day
When and where is the ARRCS Golf Day?
The ARRCS Annual Golf Day is on Friday 19 June 2025 at the Palmerston Golf Course.
What is the format of the game?
The game will be a 9 hole, 4-person Ambrose.
If you haven't played before, this game is where a group of four golfers work together as a team. The format is a type of scramble where each round is played from the best shot – with the game being scored per hole.
Is the event open to all skill levels?
Yes! Anyone from any skill level is welcome to join us as we're playing a 4-person Ambrose game.

Will food be provided?
Yes!
As part of your registration, pre golf nibbles and lunch will be provided.
Beverages are available on course for purchase.
Do I need my own Golf Clubs?
No. Colf clubs are available for hire at the Pro Shop on the day.
Registration
How do I register for the ARRCS Charity Golf Day?

Team registrations are for groups of four players.
Can I register as an individual, or do I need to sign up as part of a team?
Don't have a team? No worries!
While the game is a 4-Person Ambrose, you can register as an Individual and our event organiser will match you up with a team for the day.

What is the registration fee, and what does it include?
Registration for a team of 4 is $350. Single players can register for $100.
Registration includes entry into the 4-Person Ambrose game, golf cart, pre golf nibbles and lunch with entertainment with Max Fredericks on the day.

Sponsorship and Donations
How can I or my business sponsor the event?
Here are some of the ways you can sponsor this event:
- Gold Package - for $1,000, you'll recieve hole signage, logo on our event website and our ARRCS website, mention with logo in the auction booklet, tagging on all socials, logo on printed collateral and an individual thank you post on our social pages.
- Bronze sponsorship – for $500, your generous support will go towards securing prizes which will help raise even more funds for ARRCS Services on the day.

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes! Donations to ARRCS are tax-deductible as we are a registered not-for-profit organisation with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) as part of UnitingCare Queensland.
Please remember that money given to receive something in return like entry fees, sponsorship, raffle tickets, prize draws or even bake sales are not tax-deductible gifts.
