Disadvantaged communities in the Northern Territory need your help
ARRCS delivers community, aged and children’s services in some of the most remote and socially disadvantaged communities in Australia.
Your support will ensure children in remote schools in central Australia receive healthy lunches through our nutrition program to ensure their learning and development potential is maximised.
Your support will mean Elders and Traditional Owners, in communities such as Mutitjulu, Kaltukatjara (Docker River) and Tennant Creek, can stay on Country and continue to receive a quality community service.

Gifts in Wills
Many generous donors leave a gift in their will to ARRCS that is not tied to a specific program, service or geographical location. These types of untied gifts allow us to respond quickly to the most urgent community needs at that time. Here is our recommended wording:
“I give [specify the type of gift e.g. whole of estate, percentage of estate, rest and residue of estate, specific dollar amount, specific asset] to the Australian Regional and Remote Community Services Limited (ABN: 88 167 926 132) (“ARRCS”) or any successor of it, to be applied for its general purposes. I declare the receipt of an authorised officer of ARRCS (or its successor) will be a complete discharge for my executor who is not required to see to the application of the gift.”

Safewill is a secure and simple online Will writing service, designed for people who may not have access to a solicitor.
Writing a Will is one of the most important things you can do in your life, to protect those you love and care for.
Safewill is a great option for people who may not be able to access a solicitor or may have difficulty in connecting with a solicitor. We can support you through your experience of using Safewill, but please note that we always encourage you to seek legal advice before making any changes or updates to your Will.
